Soft Grain does not provide personal styling consultations, bespoke tailoring services, or any form of professional advisory that creates a professional duty of care. The materials offered through this website are intended for general educational purposes only.

Payments and Refunds
All prices listed on this website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment instructions will be provided following submission of your order form. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
As our products are digital guides delivered electronically, refunds are available only where:
- The guide file is demonstrably defective or unreadable and we are unable to resolve the issue;
- You have not yet received or downloaded the guide and request a refund within 48 hours of placing your order.
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@softgrain.sg with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within ten business days. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions above.
Intellectual Property
